The inaugural edition of Coudenberg Sound Box Fest was born in 2021 as a celebration of the return to live performance after the challenges of the pandemic. Conceived and led by Artistic Director Matteo Gemolo, the festival transformed the ruins of the Coudenberg palace into a vital new space for music in the heart of Brussels. This first edition laid the foundation for what would become an exponentially growing project, marking a powerful artistic rebirth in one of the city's most symbolic historical sites.
